SUMMARY

Planned across three phases, the project envisions a resort city on the shores of the strait of Singapore which in recent years has been targeted as the future regional vacation destination. Phase one features the development of the lagoon and promenade, along with 8 residential towers, two hotels, two retail strips, a convention centre, office space, a marina, a beach and two pavillions. The second phase features a more residential and small-business focus while the third is intended for a suburban-style villa community.
